Do you love antiques, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind treasures? We’re hiring a Cataloging Assistant to photograph and describe estate items for our online auctions. You’ll work mainly Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays and some travel to estate locations.
Photograph and describe items using your smartphone
Learn to use AI-powered auction cataloging tools
Assist with customer pickups and packing/shipping
Help on-site at estates when needed
Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
Able to lift and handle a variety of objects
Reliable transportation
Must pass a background check
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, product knowledge, and demonstrated computer and research skills.
Top pay available for those with advanced knowledge in asset classes like antiques, pop culture, MCM, firearms, coins, or fine art
 Commissions available for bringing in new clients
 WiFi provided on-site for mobile work
