How This Auction Works
This is a live virtual auction, not a timed sale. It operates just like a traditional live auction, with all bids submitted to the auctioneer online. A live audio and video feed of the auctioneer lets you follow the sale in real time.
The first lot opens at 10:00 AM, and the auctioneer accepts bids from multiple online platforms as well as absentee bids. Each lot is offered until bidding slows, at which point the auctioneer gives fair warning and declares the lot SOLD before moving to the next.
You may place pre bids in advance or bid in real time once the lot opens. Pre bidding is recommended to ensure you do not miss your lot if you forget the sale or cannot bid quickly enough once the auctioneer closes the item.
Please note, there is no countdown timer and no automatic time extensions. The pace of the auction is set by the auctioneer. Once a lot is declared SOLD, bidding closes immediately and the next lot begins.
Auctioneer’s Note & Terms
Pickup: The Monday immediately following the auction by appointment only in Leslie, MI. Shipping is available on most items.
Buyer’s Premium: 20% on all purchases. Sales tax applied to all winning Michigan bidders. Tax exempt Michigan bidders must submit Form 3372. All invoices charged to card at auction close.
Payment: Invoices over $500 require a wire transfer unless the buyer is known to and approved by the auctioneer. A 2% discount is offered for cash payments at pickup. If picking up in person, please plan to bring cash.
Shipping: Items ship only to the credit card billing address used to register, no exceptions. Positive ID matching the delivery address may be requested. Tracking information is not provided unless a shipment is suspected lost, to help prevent fraud. High value items will not be shipped immediately unless paid via wire transfer.
